I am a sprinter out of dutchess county new york. Section 9 track and field; I run the 100m and 200m primarily and 400m occasionally.
Events and Times
I run for section 9 New York , Top 3 sprinting section in New York . My section uses hand time 75% of the time, we use F.A.T mainly at big meets or large invitations. My times I know for a fact could be much lower on the F.A.T scale if I was recorded by it at more meets.
