Two-time world 800m champion Sammy Watson was one of the top stars at the 2016 Dartmouth Relays with a gold medal triple: she won the 400m in 56.53, the mile in 4:59.84 and ran a smoldering 2:08 anchor leg for Rush-Henrietta High School on the winning Sprint Medley Relay.
