Boys Distance Medley Relay (Watch it)

The Scarborough Red Storm had a strong performance in the boys Distance Medley Relay as they ran a school record 10:48.91 to place 4th overall, the mark is US #14. Senior Andrew Sholl got things off to a good start for the Red Storm with a strong 1200m carry (3:15), Ben Batosingh ran the 400m with Shamus Malia on the 800m carry. Senior Colin Tardiff closed it out with a strong 1600m (4:26.5).

Boys Unseeded 2 Mile (Watch it)

Mt Ararat junior Cam Meier pushed the pace early on in the 2 mile, and then came back to finish 2nd overall clocking a new personal best and ME #3 effort of 9:55.21, 2 spots behind him was Scarborough senior Connor Doherty who broke the 10 minute barrier for the first time with his 9:57.91 effort, good for ME #4. Gorham's Jesse Southard won section in 10:18.54, that mark placed him 12th overall, and is ME #5.

Girls Unseeded 2 Mile (Watch it)
Waterville Cecilia Morin set the pace for the section 1 of the girls unseeded 2 mile as she lead through 1200m. Morin a junior held on for a 6th place overall finish, running 12:23.07

Boys Unseeded Mile (Watch it)

Westbrook junior Josh Lombardo was the early leader in section 1 of boys unseeded mile, he went on the place 7th overall with a new personal best 4:38.74. Gray New Gloucester's Ben Garcia was a few strides behind as he crossed the finish line in 9th.

Girls Unseeded Mile (Watch it)

Mt Ararat's Katherine Leckbee set the pace in section 1 of the girls unseeded mile for the first 1k, she would go on to finish 3rd in the section, and 4th overall with a 5:34.19 performance. Scarborough's Bethany Sholl placed 7th overall running 5:37.62.
